Holistic Leadership, Innovation, and Wellbeing

Research shows that leadership style influences a workplace culture of both innovation and wellbeing. This training provides evidence-based insights on these connections. A holistic leadership model is introduced, including the role of empathy and humility on innovative work behavior is described. The concept and measure of psychological empowerment is disused in the workplace context. Core character and practice elements of a holistic leadership model are presented to help cultivate an environment where innovation and employee wellbeing is supported.
