If you or your organization has a need and passion for designing education for widespread wellness, reach out now and let’s get to work.
How it Works
Consultations start with a brief interest form with a few key questions about your immediate needs and interests. If there is a chance that we can help you meet your goals, we’ll set up a meet-and-greet call with you or your team.
If we agree it’s a good fit, we start with a starter set of 3 strategic sessions. This will include:
an introduction session
two follow up sessions
a resource + strategy roadmap
Our resource + strategy roadmap may include services at Widespread Wellness Consulting or partner organizations, as well as external resources such as reading lists, professional networking strategies, to-do’s, and online tools. This may be all you need to get moving forward in your process.
If you decide that additional services would help you step up your game, you can schedule consults at any time, which will be booked at our earliest convenience. All deliverables are living documents that you can edit and make your own. All strategic mentorship clients will receive 10% off all additional services for life as members of Widespread Wellness.

“I have had the pleasure of having a professional relationship with [Widespread Wellness Founder] Sophie Nathenson over the past eight years. She is an excellent listener and hones in on the real meaning behind any situation. Sophie has always given excellent perspective on work situations and offered alternative ways to view things. In sharing my career goals, she gave me a lot of understanding on what I need to do to accomplish my goals. Even though I felt I was talking to a friend, I felt like I was getting the advice of a coach who was truly listening and seeing past the roadblocks I was putting up for myself. She is completely down to earth, and approachable and I have no doubt that she will have an impact on others. I encourage you to take the opportunity to have Sophie work on your projects.”
